Terms of use

The rules for this site and the free demo offer. The service itself runs on a separate customer agreement — these terms cover the marketing site only.

Draft for counsel review before launch — not yet in effect.

Last updated: June 9, 2026

The short version

This site is marketing for the Turnkey service. The content is informational. The demo offer is free and runs at our discretion. If you become a customer, the service is governed by a separate customer agreement — not this page.

Informational content, no warranty

Everything on this site is provided as-is, for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Pricing, turnaround times, and feature descriptions on this site describe how the product typically works; they are not a contract. The customer agreement is the contract.

The demo offer

The free demo — we rebuild your homepage on our platform and send you a video — is free and discretionary. We may decline, limit, or end the offer at any time, for any reason. Common reasons: a site too large to demo cleanly, content we cannot legally reproduce, or plain volume. Requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side: you owe us nothing, and we owe you a good-faith attempt, not a guaranteed result. By submitting a URL, you confirm you have the right to let us access and rebuild that site’s content for the demo.

Trademarks

Turnkey and the Turnkey logo are our trademarks. Other names that appear on this site — HubSpot, Cloudflare, and the vendors named in comparisons — belong to their respective owners. They appear for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied in either direction.

The actual service

If you sign up, the service — migration, hosting, change requests, review, all of it — is governed by a separate customer agreement you enter at that point. Nothing on this site adds to or modifies that agreement. Where this site and the customer agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

Governing law

The governing state and venue will be specified here before these terms take effect; until then, this page is a draft for review.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply. Questions go through the demo form — a person reads every submission.
