Privacy policy

The short version

This is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies and runs no trackers. You can read every page without telling us anything. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the demo form, and we use it for exactly one thing: responding to your demo request. We do not sell data. Ever.

What we collect

If you request a demo. The form on /demo asks for your name, email, phone (optional), your current website URL, your role (agent, team, brokerage, or builder), and optional notes about what you’d change or keep on your current site. That submission also carries UTM attribution — which link or campaign brought you to the site.

Attribution in sessionStorage. If you arrive via a tagged link, we hold the UTM parameters in your browser’s sessionStorage so they survive until you submit the form. This is not a cookie. It never leaves your browser unless you submit, and it clears itself when you close the tab.

Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure performance. It is cookieless, does no cross-site tracking, and builds no profile of you. We see totals, not people.

That is the complete list. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.

How we use it

• Demo form data: to gather content from the site you gave us, build the redesigned-homepage video, and follow up with you about it. A person reads every submission, including any notes about what to fix or keep.
• UTM attribution: to learn which of our marketing actually works.
• Analytics: to see which pages get read and how fast they load.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Third parties

Two vendors touch this site’s data:

• HubSpot — our CRM. Demo form submissions are sent there so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. HubSpot stores that data under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

That is the full list. No data brokers, no ad networks.

Retention

Demo-request records live in HubSpot for as long as we have a reason to follow up, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Analytics data is aggregate from the start; there is no individual record to retain. SessionStorage attribution clears when you close the tab.

Your rights

Ask us what we have about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will. Send either request through the demo form and say so in plain words — a person reads every submission and will confirm by email.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever start collecting more than what is listed here, this page will say so before it happens.
