Each listing on every agent site gets a conversational front end — on the page and by text. It answers from the site’s own data, inside your brand rules, with the same fair-housing guardrails as everything else on the platform.
The concierge answers what a listing agent would: price, taxes, plans, photos, showings, the agent’s other inventory. What it won’t do is freelance. Steering-adjacent questions get factual, compliant answers — links and data, not characterizations — and the whole thread is logged where compliance can see it.
